Ben & Jerry’s Supplier Uses Harsh Child Labor To Produce Products

Despite Ben & Jerry’s claiming that they are a very ethical and progressive company, it has recently come out that harsh child labor is used in order to produce their products. The work that these children are putting in is also highly illegal.

Children have said that the work they are being put through is terrible, and that the conditions are extremely harsh. This goes against everything Ben & Jerry’s said they stand for, as they have stated multiple times that they oppose child labor.

Ben & Jerry’s has also been shown to be an extremely left leaning company. They go against many famous Republicans and Conservatives, including Donald Trump. According to Fox News, many migrant children are also employed in popular supermarkets such as Target, Whole Foods, and Walmart. These companies all claim to be “progressive” and against child labor, but they all still use child labor anyways. This is at the highest form of hypocrisy, especially when it’s coming from these ginormous supermarket chains.
