Popular social media influencer, and former Kick-Boxing World Champion, Andrew Tate, has been officially released from house arrest. Tate had won the appeal from the Bucharest court on Friday, August 4th.
They stated that there was not sufficient enough evidence to officially arrest Andrew Tate. The judge also stated that the case against him was “weak”.
Although Tate is out of house arrest, he is still required to stay in Romania as he now has to face his trial regarding human trafficking, and forming a criminal gang.
Andrew Tate had already made an announcement on Elon Musk’s social media app, X.
He stated, “After 10 months. 3 in jail, 7 at home. After 15million euro of asset seizures. After an inditement based on nothing. The file was passed to a Judge who has ruled it weak and circumstantial. I have been released from house arrest but must remain within Romania. Now. To the Mosque. Alhamdulillah.”
